When a huge monsoon downpour, begins to ravage the locality, Nisha discovers that she has magical powers to command the earth itself.  What follows is her discovery of her magical lineage, born to a forbidden goddess and a sea king.

She quickly enrolls in a secret magic school beneath Magic, and her entire life is turned upside down. How will Nisha deal with this new found secret life?

It was intriguing to explore the characters develop through their choices and struggles. Their journeys are shaped by Dharavi, family, and buried myths, and they feel natural and sometimes messy. Even the side characters add depth by demonstrating loyalty, resilience, and conflict. The writing is vivid yet simple, mixing Dharavi’s grit with myth and magic.

The author shows us how the Dharavi people manage to survive in any situation by combining Dharavi grit with magic and fantasy. I will always cherish the power and love that Nisha and her mother share.

In general, this is a fictional myth that teaches you how to fight for your home, power, and the courage to safeguard what is ours. This is a story of identity, belonging, and the raw magic hidden in ordinary lives.  It’s about home, power, and what it costs to protect both.
