This book is more than just a biography. It makes the reader part of Guruji's entire journey by explaining the profound concepts like the nature of time, the void, the eternal sound, and the elusive state of samadhi but without the heavy idealisation you often find in spiritual writing.

I often found myself pausing and reflecting on lines to apply to my own journey. When I came across the chapter of Guruji's meeting with Mahavatar Babaji and the picture of Babaji based on Guruji's description, I was totally mesmerised and kept reading that chapter and looking at the image a couple of times.
